At The LUNA Method™ we offer Personal Training for all stages of motherhood and all fitness levels. We believe that every woman can benefit from creating a truly strong and well functioning inner core unit. Our method is also beneficial for women preparing & actively trying to conceive. At The LUNA Method™ we truly understand the changes that take place in a woman's body both during and after pregnancy. All of our trainers & instructors are highly educated and skillfully trained in working with pregnant and postpartum women. Women's bodies undergo an incredible transformation during pregnancy and are often left with structural imbalances and dysfunction in the core and pelvic floor after having children, regardless of how long ago you had your children. We work with women through all stages of motherhood, whether you are expecting, postpartum, or a seasoned mama.
Each session will consist of strength training, functional movements, labor training (for expecting mamas), and corrective exercise to minimize, prevent, and rehabilitate common discomforts such as low back pain, pelvic pain, knee & joint pain, diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, & sciatica. The valuable tools we provide you with can be used in other activities & forms of exercise you enjoy doing while keeping you moving safely & effectively. We design each program to your specific needs/goals while meeting you exactly where you are to ensure challenging yet safe workouts. Please note that all new personal training clients must begin with an Initial Assessment. (see below for details.)

Initial Assessment - $195
During this comprehensive 90 minute session, we will thoroughly assess your current movement pattern, musculoskeletal function, any past or current symptoms or injuries, and overall health history. We will teach you the fundamentals of our breathing/core/pelvic floor techniques, and create a customized training program that addresses your specific goals and intentions. The invaluable tools you will learn from us in this session can be applied to your everyday movements and exercise. Whether you are trying to conceive, are currently pregnant (at any stage of pregnancy), postpartum, or a seasoned mama, our Initial Assessment is the place to start.
Single 1:1 Training Session - $110
6 Sessions - $630
10 Sessions - $990
15 Sessions - $1400
*All 1:1 training sessions are 50 minutes in length
